We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• ACLS (AHA)
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• PALS (AHA)
• Colorado license
• Experience providing respiratory modalities across all areas of the hospital, including medication delivery, emergency response, ventilator management, arterial blood gases, pulmonary hygiene, hyperinflation therapy, transport of critically ill patients with artificial airway, and home oxygen assessment and coordination
• Experience assisting with intubation

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 6:15 PM - 6:45 AM
• Weekend requirement: Potential for every other weekend or more if willing
• Holiday requirement: Yes, as needed
• Call requirement: None
• Floating requirement: None
• Charting system: EPIC
• Patient population: Adults
• Coverage area: Inpatient
• Equipment: 980 ventilator and V60
• Dress code: Black pants and wine top
