From administering targeted treatments to collaborating with oncology professionals, you'll play a vital role in helping patients fight cancer with confidence and compassion-right when they need it most.

What You'll Need:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program

• AART Certification in Radiation Therapy

• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required

• 2 years' experience as a radiation therapist

• BLS (AHA)

• Certified Radiation Therapist - ARRT (T)

• Completion of a JRCERT accredited Radiation Therapy Program

• Driver's license required at submittal

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Typical schedule is 4 days per week, 32 hours, Monday through Thursday.
• Additional shift information notes Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• No weekend or holiday requirement.
• No floating required.
• Charting systems include Mosaiq and Epic.
• Department equipment includes Varian True Beam and CT Scanner.
• Job duties include administering radiation to patients, performing CT simulations, and other assigned duties.
• Must have skills include proficiency in administering radiation therapy, CT, working with patients, and communication.
• Average patient volume is 10 patients treated per day.

Additional Duties:

• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment

• Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment

• Verify treatment plans and dosage with oncology team

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after therapy

• Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records
