We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• At least 2 years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a Level III NICU
• Experience with Cerner or EPIC EMR
• Must be able to work independently in a Level III NICU

Assignment Details

• 36 hours per week
• Shift hours: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Weekend rotation: every other weekend
• Voluntary call
• May float to like units or patient locations
• NICU therapists will also work with adult patients
• Orientation includes 24 hours of classroom time and 24 hours on the unit for travelers new to the facility or returning after 1 year or more away
• Scrub color: Navy Blue
