Physical Therapist (PT) - Local or Travel
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Job Type: Local or Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
License: Oklahoma PT License Required
Experience: New Grads Welcome! Previous PT experience preferred.
Job Details
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Evaluate patients and monitor their progress throughout treatment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Requirements
Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist (PT) license.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous physical therapy experience is preferred.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Must be available for an ASAP start.
