Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: 100 Hospital Ave, Dubois, PA 15801

Specialty: Home Health
Shift: Days, 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends, no call
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 11/16/2026

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience, with both Home Health and acute care experience preferred

• Must have RN Skilled Medicare-certified home health experience (private home care experience does not qualify)

• Home Health Medicare OASIS knowledge and experience required (OASIS experience strongly preferred)

• First-time travelers accepted, provided experience requirements are met

• BLS required

• Strong technology skills, including documentation on laptop, iPad, and iPhone

• MATRIX EMR experience highly preferred

• No local candidates (must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility)

• Travel pairs welcome

Patient Population:
Primary diagnoses include CHF, hypertension, diabetes, total joint replacement (TJR), and oncology/cancer.

Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
