RN - Home Health - Local or Travel, Buford, GA. 13 weeks -11549877
Asap start
Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days
Coverage area: Gwinnet county RN
Productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification- 1.5, Routine visits- 1
Must have recent HH exp 2024-25
HomeCare HomeBase experience required
Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
