Position Details

• Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

• Location: Washington, NC

• Position Type: Local or Travel Contract

• Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Patient Service Area: Hertford and Bertie Counties

• Productivity: 30 units

• Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours

• On-Call: Required if requested; requirements may change based on staffing and branch needs.

Service Area Note: Hertford and Bertie Counties are two large, rural counties located approximately 1-2 hours from the branch.

Job Requirements

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) - Required.

• Current CPR certification - Required.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance - Required.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required.

• Homecare Homebase (HCHB), OASIS, and Home Health experience - Required.

• Previous home care experience - Preferred.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-approved program - Required.
