Description
Travel Pharmacist - Inpatient
Location: Boone, NC
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to healthcare team members.
Verify medication orders for allergies, drug interactions, and appropriate therapy.
Perform medication reconciliation and pharmacist dosing consultations.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, and other healthcare professionals.
Verify IV admixtures for accuracy, patient safety, and compliance with USP 797/800 guidelines.
Requirements
PharmD degree required.
Active North Carolina pharmacist license required.
Shift & Schedule
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours
Hours: 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM
