🏥 Job Title: RN Home Health - Fall River, MA (Local or Travel)

📅 Assignment Details:

13 weeks

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On-call required
30 units
HCHB. OASIS and HH required
No guarantee

🩺 Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in Home Health

• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) & OASIS experience: Required

• License: Active RN License in the practicing state

• CPR Certification: Required

• Driver's License: Required

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance

• CHPN Certification: Preferred

• Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (Required)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)

• OASIS - Required

• Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
