Description

If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility in QUINCY, CA this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, mental, and emotional health to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Provide prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for side effects or reactions, and ensure compliance with treatment plans for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, or post-acute care.
Continuously monitor residents' vital signs, wounds, and overall conditions, providing appropriate interventions and support, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Work with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide education and emotional support to families on patient progress and care requirements.

Qualifications:

CA Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1-2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or with geriatric populations
