Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and care to patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring their stability and addressing any changes in health status.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized care plans for long-term recovery.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and adjust dosages as necessary, while also educating patients and families about medication regimens.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand the long-term care process, recovery goals, and self-care practices for managing chronic conditions.
- TX Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certifications
- Pay: $1,656.5 - $1,707.73 / week
- Location: Dallas, TX
