Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Implement interventions in various settings
Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
NM Occupational Therapy Licensure
