Description
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- WA Occupational Therapy Licensure
- Pay: $1,763.91 - $1,818.46 / week
- Location: YAKIMA, WA
- Assignment Length: 13
- Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Setting: Rehabilitation Center
