Description

Estimated work week: 9am-5pm M-F Must have 3 plus years of hospice experience and 2 years of RECENT home care home base charting experience (comfortable with navigating independently) 30.25 MINIMUM points per week expected! 62.5 cents per mile reimbursement Visits are 80% in-home and 20% facility based Must have reliable transportation and active car insurance coverage Territory: Greater Toledo and/or Fostoria - will be expanded upon during interview
