Opportunity:

Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Details:

• Work in a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility setting
• Preferred schedule is Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
• Position may require floatation to a sister facility located within walking distance
• Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
• Active California PT license required
• SNF experience preferred with mentorship available for those with 0-1 years of experience
• Strong documentation and time-management skills required
• Flexible and collaborative mindset required
