Job Details:

• Choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days schedule
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 14 evaluations blocked per week in schedule, remainder are treatments
• Chart review time: twice daily for 30 minutes (8-hour days) or three times daily for 30 minutes (10-hour days)
• 8-hour shifts: 10:00-18:30 Monday/Wednesday, 9:00-17:30 Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
• 10-hour shifts: 2 days 8:00-18:30 and 2 days 7:00-17:30
• One-on-one patient care with 60-minute evaluations
• Treatment sessions vary from 30-60 minutes based on circumstances
• Patient population: 70% orthopedic, 30% neurological
• Daily patient load includes 3 evaluations with 65% productivity standards
• 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required within facility or to sister facilities
• Epic charting system training provided during orientation
• 1.5 days hospital orientation plus 1.5 days department orientation
• Additional charting time provided first 1-2 weeks
• Business casual dress code
• Pending state license accepted
• Must reside outside 75-mile radius

Facility:

This is a free-standing outpatient rehabilitation facility that provides comprehensive therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. The facility specializes in diverse treatment programs including pelvic health, lymphedema therapy, LSVT programs, chronic pain management, and vestibular therapy. The facility maintains an orthopedic MD office on-site that refers most orthopedic patients, and offers multidisciplinary care with various specialized therapists to treat a wide range of diagnoses and conditions.
