Opportunity:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient Services
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Support outpatient services as well as some acute care
• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS
• Must have California state license in hand at time of submission
• Charting system experience required (Cerner)
• Work with patients across all age groups: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Treat patients with general medicine, neurology, orthopedic, and cardiopulmonary diagnoses
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and equipment for patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, social services, and rapid response teams
• Two supervisor references obtained within the last 18 months required for submission
• Maximum of one job submission per traveler allowed

The facility offers interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services, interpretation services, social services, rapid response teams, and unit secretary support. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes modern charting systems to ensure quality documentation and care coordination.
