Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist - 60/40 Hospital/Outpatient Split

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 60/40 split between hospital general rehab and outpatient hands/upper extremity work
• Treat adults of all ages including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 1 year of experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• Minnesota OT license required (temporary license available within 5-10 business days)
• Epic experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must complete fingerprinting in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to start date
• Required to complete lab work within 48 hours of signing
• Holiday work required as needed
• Maximum 7 days requested time off with no RTO allowed within first 2 weeks
• Skills include acute care, adult outpatient, assessment, discharge planning, hip and knee replacement therapy, spinal cord injury treatment, and wheelchair evaluation
