Description

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2438.68

Opportunity:

RN - Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU and ICU

Job Details:

• ICU experience required with ability to float down to Medical Surgical units when needed
• Extensive Cardiac experience is mandatory
• Current Illinois nursing license required
• Required certifications: CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification
• Utilize nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and policies
• Document patient care according to standards of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans
• Participate in department performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units and departments
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and experience with appropriate escalation protocols
• Quick start position available
