Opportunity:
Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Business casual dress code required
• Minimum of 11 visits per day and 55 visits per week
• Caseload size of 55+ patients per week
• Units billed at 4.25 per visit average in line with clinic/region standards
• Utilize NextGen electronic health record system
• Open to new graduates but prefer 1+ years of experience
• Treat adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations
• Perform case management and fall risk assessments
• Handle orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, and total joint replacements
• Manage neurological conditions including concussion, Parkinson's disease, and vestibular/vertigo disorders
• Provide post-operative care and non-surgical interventions
• Position classified as rapid response crisis coverage
