Opportunity:
RAPID RESPONSE
Job Details:
• Work day shift with weekend rotation
• 40 hours guaranteed per week for 6 weeks
• No RTO, special scheduling, early cancels, or reported attendance concerns
• 7:1 patient ratio
• Required certification: BLS
• Use Meditech (Expanse) documentation system
• Work with typical IPR gym equipment including balance and gait systems
• Perform patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, family/patient education, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
• Must adapt to new hospital and unit startup beginning 5/5
• Dress code requires light gray scrubs
• Work with PT/OT/SLP/Tech staff team of 22 on 30-bed rehabilitation unit

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive rehabilitation unit located on the 2nd floor of the main hospital building. The facility is undergoing an exciting new hospital and unit startup, providing opportunities to be part of building new programs and establishing best practices. The rehabilitation unit specializes in comprehensive patient care with a focus on therapeutic interventions and functional recovery, equipped with modern rehabilitation gym equipment and advanced documentation systems.
