Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 day shifts with guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks
• May be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• Skills required: Outpatient, Acute Care, LTC/SNF
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating within scope required
• Open to accommodating block schedules
• Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Epic charting experience required
• Primarily outpatient work but will also cover some inpatient and SNF cases
• Treat patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Work with various conditions including orthopedic post-op cases, neurological conditions, and rehabilitation needs
• Provide patient and family education and home exercise programs
• Facility provides housing (1-bedroom apartments) and rental car during assignment
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from facility (no locals accepted)
• Pending licenses accepted (takes 10-12 weeks to process)
• Time off approved on individual basis upon offer
• 2 references required covering 1 year within last 3 years
