Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts with every other weekend requirements
• Schedule varies based on facility needs (may work Wednesday-Sunday or Thursday-Monday)
• Start times vary depending on assignment
• Treat 9 patients per day maximum in outpatient setting, up to 13 patients per day in inpatient setting
• Rehabilitation patient volume varies by assignment
• Float to other areas as needed based on facility requirements
• Work in inpatient, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings as specified
• Required certifications: CCC-SLP for Speech, state PT license, NBCOT exam completion for OT, BLS Certification
• Minimum one year of experience required, travel experience preferred
• Trauma experience preferred
• Must have experience with bedside swallow studies, video swallowing studies experience preferred for Speech
• Dress code: maroon polo shirt, dark colored pants, closed-toed shoes, optional lab coat
• Use Cerner PowerChart EMR system
• Work with rehabilitation aides, OTAs, and PTAs for assistance
• Receive 1.5 days of department-specific orientation including Cerner training if needed
• Treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, trauma, cardiac, and medical-surgical conditions
• Handle stroke, TBI, cognitive impairments, and swallowing difficulties for Speech therapy
• First to float policy applies
• Holidays not required
