Opportunity:
HVTI-Stepdown unit
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour shifts with D/N rotating schedule: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm
• Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED to care for same patient population
• Must work at least every other holiday
• 18 months of permanent experience in stepdown specialty required prior to travel
• 18 months of recent stepdown experience required (travel experience acceptable)
• PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Complete badge pickup and onsite fingerprints at facility prior to start date
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules (4 hours billable)
• Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked
