Opportunity:

Outpatient Physical Therapy (Mixed patient population)

Job Details:

• Work with mixed patient population in outpatient setting
• No double booking policy - see one patient at a time
• No overlapped patient scheduling
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations
• Provide 40-minute follow-up appointments
• Productivity goal of 70% (2.7 units per hour with evaluations weighted based on complexity)
• Do not need to schedule patients or perform insurance operations
• Manager on-site for support
• Use NetHealth/Redoc EMR system
• Position available due to contractor replacement need

This newly opened 30-bed critical access hospital features state-of-the-art amenities including three operating rooms, dedicated endoscopy and radiology spaces, and a 17-bed emergency department with two trauma bays. The facility provides comprehensive outpatient services including wound clinic, full laboratory services, digital mammography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and rehabilitation therapies. The hospital has earned recognition as an Acute Stroke Ready hospital and received multiple awards for stroke and diabetes care excellence from national medical associations.
