Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM (4x10 schedule)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services
• Treat outpatient and neuro patients
• Must have 2+ years of physical therapy experience with outpatient and neuro experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only) and VA License
• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code: Black scrubs required, must follow facility dress code policy
• No floating requirements
