Opportunity:
Physical Therapist - Rehab and Acute Rehab
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by ordering physicians
• Regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Independently manage a full caseload
• Must be knowledgeable about performing re-evaluations based on insurance authorization requirements
• Work Hawaii State and Federal holidays as necessary based on hospital operations
• Utilize EMR systems including Net Health Therapy and Meditech
• Must have minimum 2 years work experience in outpatient and acute care settings working with adults
• BLS certification from American Red Cross required
• Active Hawaii state license required by start of assignment
• Must arrive Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday
