Opportunity:

CONTRACT - RN - CATH LAB (746) - 13 WEEKS - 6:30A-3:00P

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• 8-hour day shifts with standard hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Schedule flexibility required with possible shift times of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM based on operational needs
• On-call required and distributed evenly among staff RNs and CVTs
• Weekend on-call for emergent cases
• Work in a 3-room operating cath lab (2 rooms are EP compatible)
• Day shift staffing includes 2 RNs and 2 CV techs per case unless anesthesia or non-invasive
• Perform and assist with procedures including cath, PCI, EP (a-fib), Watchman, TAVR, INARI, device implantation (PPM, ICD, etc.), and Impella
• Utilize Meditech EMR system
• Operate cath lab equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Scrub color requirement: Royal blue or black
• Cath lab experience required
• EP experience preferred
• RCIS or Cardiovascular Nurse certification preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS

This facility is a high-volume cardiovascular center recognized for outstanding structural heart outcomes, including one of the largest TAVR volumes in the region with very low PCI mortality rates. The cath lab department features modern equipment and an experienced team working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
