Opportunity:

RN - Resource Pool Medsurg/Stepdown/Tele

Job Details:

• Weekend night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Holiday shifts as scheduled
• Resource pool position covering ALL Medsurg/Stepdown/Tele units at the facility
• Patient ratios: 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:6 for Medsurg/Tele
• Each unit accommodates up to 34 beds
• Must be well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General medicine, and Oncology
• Epic experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience and travel experience preferred
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA)
• BSN not required
• Work across multiple specialized units including trauma surgery, medical oncology, neuro stepdown, epilepsy monitoring, and long-term antibiotic infusion
• 2 shifts cancellation policy per 13-week contract
• Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from facility
