Opportunity:

Med/Surg Tele RN

Job Details:

• Work 36 hours per week with 3 twelve-hour night shifts
• Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• PBDS Assessment waived
• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required
• Must complete badging and fingerprints at facility prior to start date
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• Extensions available for up to 18 months with required 6-month break thereafter
• Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked
