Occupational Therapy

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No self-scheduling available
• Treat 8 to 10 patients per day as the sole therapist
• Must have minimum 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation
• First-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• Work with patients including orthopedic total joints, neurological strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical cases, and general ICU patients
• Cover acute inpatient and swing bed units
• May float to Magic Valley Medical Center when census is low
• May be required to cover holidays
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Scrubs permitted but must not match colors of other departments (color list provided upon hire)
• 2-3 days of department-specific orientation required
• Must live outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Four shift cancellation policy per 13-week assignment
