Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week available with 13-week assignment
• 1:1 patient ratio with average daily census of 25 patients and 25 visits per day
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience and ARIA & TrueBeam experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT T (required), BLS (preferred)
• Adult outpatient work setting treating patients from benign disease to cancer diagnosis
• External beam therapy and record & verify systems (Varis-Vision/ARIA) experience required
• No call, float, or weekend requirements
• No orientation needed - traveler starts directly in clinic
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed for auto approval
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Special procedures include SRS stereotactic radio surgery and SBRT stereotactic body radiation therapy
• 99% outpatients, 1% inpatients
• Use of TrueBeam equipment and Aria/Epic systems
• Royal blue scrubs required (not provided)
• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or 60 hours per week per fatigue policy
• 4-5 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start
