Opportunity:

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Occasional weekend requirement
• Holiday coverage required
• Limited call or standby requirement
• Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
• Average of 12 scans/studies per day
• Department has 3 scanners/rooms available
• No floating or coverage of other areas required
• Start IVs as needed
• Work with GE and Phillips equipment
• Use EPIC and McKesson PACS/CVPACS systems
• Work in an acute care setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Scrubs not provided; any professional color scrubs required
• 1 week of department-specific orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (N) or NMTCB, Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCB-NCT)
• Washington state license required

Facility:

This acute care facility features a well-equipped Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine department with three dedicated scanners and rooms. The department utilizes advanced imaging technology from industry-leading manufacturers and is supported by in-house radiologists as well as ARNPs for cardiology studies. The facility maintains a collaborative environment with a focus on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to its patient population.
