Opportunity:

Physical Therapist Position

Job Details:

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide acute and swing bed rehabilitation services
• Deliver outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab
• Conduct balance and dizziness rehabilitation and wheelchair seating assessments
• Provide neck, back and extremity care
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
