Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2315.20

Opportunity:

RN: L&D Mother Baby FLOAT

Job Details:

• Variable shifts assigned based on staffing needs
• Float between Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, and OB Special Care units
• 3 weekends required per 4-week schedule
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours for 3 12-hour shifts or 48 hours for 4 12-hour shifts
• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Must have antepartum experience and facility births/month 100-200 experience
• EPIC charting experience required
• Required certifications: State license, BLS, AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate), NRP
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Scrub color: Hunter Green
• Free parking with badge access to parking garage
• RTO must be submitted at time of profile submission
• Michigan license must be active by start date (compact license not accepted)
• Modules are non-billable with 5 hours required outside of shift hours
• No on-call requirements

Facility:

This short-term acute care hospital is a Magnet-designated teaching facility and Level 1 Trauma center with 632 staffed beds. The facility serves as the regional referral center for high-risk obstetric care and maintains Baby Friendly Recognition. The Labor & Delivery unit features 12 LDRs, 3 operating rooms, 6 OB triage beds, and 8 OBSC beds, while the Mother Baby Center has 34 rooms providing comprehensive postpartum and newborn care.
