Opportunity:

OT Home Health- Day Shift

Job Details:

• Work day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 3 days per week schedule with varying days depending on the week
• 24 hours per week guaranteed
• Float to AHGL/AHSV areas as needed
• EPIC experience required
• Minimum 2 years experience in submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months required
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required (only if license obtained on or after January 2007)
• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
