Opportunity:

Med/Surg Tele RN

Job Details:

• Work day shifts with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week for 36 guaranteed hours
• Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS (must be active with nothing pending)
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass required assessments or contract will be canceled
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad (4 hours billable)
• Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date
• BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required
• Background checks reviewed but no open cases accepted
• No license hits accepted
• Nurses exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements
