Opportunity:
Home Health PT - East Portland OR and Surrounding Areas
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s)
• Visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
• 1:1 patient ratio with 5.5-6 points per day daily census
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Weekend coverage not required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating between units required
• Block schedule not available
• Must have own transportation for patient visits
• Maximum radius of approximately 60 miles per day (60-90 minute total drive time)
• Business casual attire required (no jeans, scrubs allowed but not required)
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Treat patients with dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, and post-stroke conditions
• Required certifications: BCLS
• OASIS experience required
• Use EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/OASIS for charting
• Free parking provided
• IRS standard mileage reimbursement
• Guaranteed hours with facility able to call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours pre-start and annually
