Opportunity:
MRI Technologist
Job Details:
• Work Thursday 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM (Ortho Hospital), Friday 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM (Ortho Hospital), Saturday 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Main Facility)
• 13-week maximum assignment duration
• No call requirements
• Float between Ortho Hospital (Thursday/Friday) and Main Hospital (Saturday)
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
• Previous travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS
• Required skills: abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2, CINE
• Preferred skills: chest, image post-processing
• Work with patient populations including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Operate GE and Siemens equipment
• Use EPIC documentation system
• Hospital orientation required during first week with 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule
• Must be available for classes each day during orientation week
• Royal blue scrubs required
• May be assigned to Storm Team/Hurricane Team during catastrophic events
• Expected to complete 2-10 hours of non-billable modules
• Up to 7 days RTO auto-approved (no holidays), must work 2 of 3 major holidays
