Opportunity:
Acute Rehab Unit Position
Job Details:
• Work Tuesday through Saturday schedule with every Saturday required
• 1-3 years of experience required
• Acute rehab experience or willingness to float with proper orientation
• Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Float required between hospital units or affiliate hospitals nearby
• Epic charting system experience required
• BLS certification required
• Dress code: Royal Blue or Navy blue scrubs for RNs
• Must complete pre-start modules (average 16 hours, non-billable)
• Annual module completion required
• Communication devices provided by facility if required for assignment
• Two references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Level II trauma center with focus on neurological patients
• Interdisciplinary support includes PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Daily census of 185 patients

The facility features comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. The hospital maintains modern technology with Epic charting systems and provides specialized acute rehabilitation services for adult and geriatric populations. The facility offers free parking for staff and maintains high standards for patient care across multiple specialized units.
