Opportunity:

OR - Operating Room

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour days with call rotation
• 12-hour night shifts, Wednesday through Friday
• Call schedule consists of one weeknight call every 4 weeks from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and one weekend shift call on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday up to 24 hours per 3-month contract
• Experience required in all areas of the operating room
• Cross-training to Endoscopy provided
• Work with 11 total rooms: 8 OR Suites and 3 Endoscopy Suites handling approximately 65 cases per day
• Operate Baxter pumps, Phillips and Dynomap robots
• Handle all types of surgical cases except open heart procedures
• Cases include vascular, general, orthopedic, neurology, ophthalmology, and ENT procedures
• Experience with DaVinci Robot highly preferred
• Modern sedation protocols utilized
• Must maintain valid driver's license and reside within 50-mile radius
• Required certification: BLS Certification
• Charting system: EPIC
• BSN not required
• Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week contract
