RN - Medical Surgical

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional and clinical care to patients
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• 16-hour shifts with NBO (nights, back-to-back, overtime) scheduling
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Overtime rate of 1.15x multiplier available
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Orientation begins every Monday with firm 6/15 start date
• Company car provided
• 1 year of previous nursing experience required
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• EPIC experience required
• BLS certification required
• Iowa state license required
• Cannot have been a UnityPoint employee in the last 12 months
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (except Madison location which accepts local with 10% rate reduction)
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
