Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 5 x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities and no weekend shifts required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Minimum 3 months of recent experience in specialty required
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience as an Occupational Therapist required
• Must be proficient with HCHB software
• Mileage reimbursement provided according to government mileage rate
• AHA BLS certification required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
