Job Details:

• Work in a 23-bed Labor and Delivery unit at Women's Hospital
• Patient ratio of 2:1 providing high-risk obstetric care
• Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 6 RNs, 2 CST, 3 OR, 3 RNs, and 1 Secretary
• Night shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 1 CST, and 1 Secretary
• On-call requirement of 1 shift every 4 weeks
• Floating required within women's services including postpartum and antepartum units
• EMR system: CPN/Meditech
• Minimum 1 year travel experience in high-risk OB Labor & Delivery required
• Required certifications: NRP, intermediate fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS
• OBED experience and high-risk/high volume experience preferred
• Perform all high-risk obstetric care including magnesium drips and insulin drips
• Circulate and scrub for procedures
• Must be a team player who enjoys staying busy in a fast-paced environment
