Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Work with adult to geriatric patient population
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Circulate procedures and manage diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation
• Work in 3-room unit with 5 beds and average daily census of 8-10 patients
• Use Epic charting system, Pyxis, and SBAR communication
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed
• Work every third weekend
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed, possible float to sister campus
• 10 call days per month required
• Holiday coverage required based on assignment period schedule
• 40 hours of orientation with modules completed during orientation
• Full compliance required to start on time with all documents due Tuesday prior to start
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
