Opportunity:

TRAVEL - MRI Tech (734) - Wesley Medical Center - 7P - 7A - W/E - VENDOR

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend schedule required
• Minimum 6 months of current MRI Tech experience required
• Must hold BLS certification
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• GE equipment experience preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Critical Care experience preferred
• Administer contrast agents
• Operate scanners to produce high contrast images
• Work with GE equipment and Meditech/CPN EMR system
• Must be self-motivated, engaged, and easy to work with
• Patient care experience is a priority
• Work as part of a team with 2 techs on night shift
• Handle average of 32 MRI exams per day

This healthcare facility operates a very busy MRI department featuring 3 MRI units with 2 new GE Artist machines and modern technology. The department maintains excellent staff teamwork and provides comprehensive imaging services for patients requiring high-quality diagnostic imaging. The facility serves as a Level 1 trauma center and offers critical care services, requiring experienced technologists who can handle complex cases and emergency situations.
