Opportunity:

OUT PATIENT-Day Shift

Job Details:

• Work day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• 4x9 schedule working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday with Thursdays off
• 36 hours per week, 72 hours bi-weekly
• Minimum 2 years experience in submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months required
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Must provide RTO, birthdate and social security number
