Opportunity:
MRI Technologist
Job Details:
• Work evening shifts Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• On-call coverage required from Monday to Monday (week-long rotation)
• On-call hours: Monday-Friday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend on-call coverage: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the following day
• Must cover additional shifts on Saturday and Sunday (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) if there are call-ins during scheduled shifts
• Currently on-call rotation once per month (subject to change based on staffing)
• Call-back situations are rare, averaging 2-4 times total per month
• Must be familiar with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI equipment
• Experience with Siemens 1.5T preferred (new equipment arriving June 2025)
• ARMRIT certification will be accepted
• Required certifications: BLS Certification, Certified MRI Technologist via ARMRIT
• Use EPIC charting system
• Texas license not required
• Daily parking costs $15+ per day with monthly parking pass options ranging from $95-$120
• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks

This acute care healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical imaging services with state-of-the-art MRI technology. The facility maintains modern Philips MRI equipment and is expanding their capabilities with new Siemens equipment scheduled for installation. The organization utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system and focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support patient care across various medical specialties.
