Job Details:
• Work day shifts Monday through Friday, 5 x 8-hour shifts
• Shift times: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Outpatient role
• 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• Must have worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Must provide RTO, birthdate, and social security number
