OT - Days

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• 13-week contract with option to extend
• 90% outpatient setting - strong adult outpatient experience required with several years preferred
• Must be willing to work outpatient, inpatient, and intermediate swing settings
• Will serve as the only OT on staff
• Critical Access experience preferred but not required
• Charting system: Cerner
• Cancellation policy: 3 shifts (36 hours) per 12-week contract
• Required certifications: BLS Certification, MT OT/CPR required prior to start
• Care setting: Acute
